Shipping within the UAE

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 – 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping across the UAE. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and location. Certain locations within the UAE are considered non-delivery zones. In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange a special courier for you; if that isn’t possible, we will issue a refund for your purchase. Additional delivery fees may be applicable for areas such as Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and remote parts of Abu Dhabi. You will be informed in advance before any extra charges are applied.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over AED 230. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Missed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package.
