Return Policy
At Healing Stones, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your healing crystals, we offer a flexible return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Crystals that have been altered, damaged, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
- Packaging: Please return the crystals in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized crystals and items cannot be returned.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@healingstones.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved by our team, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered, or we will advise the shipping company with a return shipping label in our return authorization email.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.
- Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow these steps:
- Return Authorization: Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or following our shipping label instructions.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.
- Replacement: If approved, we will process the exchange and ship your replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@healingstones.ae. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
